Twitter users say their feeds are being filled with Elon Musk’s tweets Several Twitter users say their feeds are being filled with Elon Musk’s posts.

Elon Musk appeared to respond to the speculation with a meme and follow-up tweet. Some Twitter users say their feeds are being swamped with posts from the platform’s owner, Elon Musk.

Platformer’s managing editor Zoe Schiffer asked her 99,000 followers, “Does Elon answer everyone else’s entire page for you?” The tweet received over 600 responses and several users complained of the same issue.

Three Insider employees also confirmed that their top tweets were Musk’s posts and replies.

Elon Musk responded to the speculation by tweeting a meme referencing the issue and later saying: “Please stay tuned while we make adjustments to the uh. … ‘algorithm.'”

Last week, Musk reportedly fired a top Twitter engineer, highlighting the billionaire’s dwindling numbers on the platform.

Elon Musk had asked employees to investigate whether his Twitter access was restricted due to a possible problem with Twitter’s algorithm, per the platformer.

The platformer reported that employees showed Musk a Google trends chart relating to internal data and his association with the account. When one of the company’s two remaining chief engineers suggested that Musk’s view count might be declining due to a lack of public interest since the Twitter purchase, Musk fired him, according to TechNewsletter.

Elon Musk has been worried about the view count and engagement for some time now. Earlier this month, he made his Twitter account private for a day to see if it would boost engagement on the platform.

“Please stay tuned while we make adjustments to the uh .… ‘algorithm,'” Elon Musk tweeted.”
