SpaceX will launch 29 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit from Kennedy Space Center’s LC-39A on May 4, 2025

SpaceX: SpaceX is gearing up to launch 29 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit on May 4, 2025, from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, with liftoff targeted for 4:54 a.m. ET.

The Falcon 9 rocket, featuring a first-stage booster on its 20th flight, previously supported missions like Crew-6, SES O3b mPOWER-B, and USSF-124. Following stage separation, the booster will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship in the Atlantic Ocean, furthering SpaceX’s reusable rocket program.

Backup launch windows extend until 8:40 a.m. ET on May 4, with additional opportunities on May 5 starting at 4:56 a.m. ET.

The satellites, potentially including Direct-to-Cell models, will enhance SpaceX’s global internet constellation.

A live webcast will stream on SpaceX’s website, X @SpaceX, and the X TV app, starting five minutes before liftoff.

This mission marks another step in SpaceX’s quest to revolutionize global connectivity.
