Elon Musk and Donald Trump Finally Agree On Something

Elon Musk and Donald Trump Finally Agree On Something

According to TheStreet, both Elon Musk and Donald Trump are looking to win over Republicans, and the former has become one of the most influential voices in Republican and conservative circles over the past year.

Joe applauds Twitter for its determination to create a platform where conservative voices can be heard after nearly two years marked by safeguards on the social network to limit xenophobic messages, abuse.

Like many conservatives, Musk railed against Twitter 1.0’s content policy, which exempted former President Donald Trump, on January 6, 2021, when Congress attacked him for blocking certification of Joe Biden’s victory.

For example, Twitter also disabled accounts of right-wing members who violated its policy regarding transgender people. But as soon as Elon Musk finalized the Twitter deal on October 27, a laissez-faire approach was instituted in the name of free speech.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO, who describes himself as a free speech absolutist, has made it his mission to balance the power between conservatives and progressives in social networks and the media. This mission has earned him the support of conservatives.

Trump had accumulated more than 88 million followers on his personal Twitter account, @RealDonaldTrump, before it was suspended following the January 2021 events at the Capitol.

Elon Musk receives unparalleled media coverage, reminiscent of Trump when he was in the White House. This influence of the techno king, as he is known at Tesla, has thus far overshadowed Trump, who last November launched his campaign for the 2024 presidential election.

The former sees Elon Musk as an adversary, after the latter announced he would support Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis should decide to run. Elon Musk said last July, for example, that Trump would be 82 at the end of the term, too old to be chief executive of anything, let alone the United States.

Elon Musk has pledged to spend $20 million to $25 million to support his candidate. But Trump, who is brazen like Musk, responded to the attacks by calling the tech mogul a bullshit artist. There has been a fight between these two many more times. Most recently, Musk hasn’t hesitated to remind Trump, who continues to contest the outcome of the 2020 election, that the Constitution is above all men.

The Constitution is greater than any President. End of story Elon Musk posted on Twitter on December 5, after the former president called for suspending the US Constitution.

So there have been more points of difference than points of agreement between the two men in recent months. It should also be remembered that despite Musk reactivating his Twitter account, Trump has yet to post a single message. But things have just changed as Musk shared Trump’s analysis of one of the main reasons for the absence of a red wave during the midterm elections last November.

According to Trump, the mixed results and the defeat of some Republican candidates are not his fault, but the fact that many conservatives did not go to the polls because the Supreme Court made abortion illegal at the federal level gave him an unexpected victory. The Supreme Court actually overturned Roe v.

It was not my fault that the Republicans failed to live up to expectations in the midterms. I was 233-20. On January 1, Trump mourned on his social media Truth Social. It was the ‘abortion issue’ that was poorly handled by many Republicans, especially those who insisted on no exceptions being made in the case of rape, adultery or even life itself.

Furthermore, the people who fought so hard against abortion for decades took their wills from the US Supreme Court and straight up disappeared, never to be seen again, he continued. Also, Mitch Stupid$! The billionaire didn’t hesitate to point out that he did so with an overwhelming majority.
